摘要 哺乳动物细胞能否增殖主要取决于细胞内特异性细胞周期依赖性激酶 (cyclindependentkinase,CDK)的活性发挥 ,CDK的活性发挥依赖于其正调控亚基Cyclin的顺序性表达及其负调控亚基CDK抑制剂 (cyclin dependentkinasein hibitor,CKI)的浓度。因此CKI与眼科肿瘤及增殖性疾病有着密切关系。通过抑制或激活CKI活性也有着广阔的临床治疗前景。我们就CKI的结构功能 ,CKI与眼科肿瘤、白内障、角膜病。 The proliferation of mammal cells is mainly rest on the activity of specific cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) in cells. The exertion of activity of CDK depends on the sequential expression of positive control subunit cyclin and the concentration of negative control subunit cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor (CKI).Therefore,CKI is closely related to ophthalmologic tumor and proliferate disease.Inhibiting or activating the activity of CKI has broad clinical prospect.This paper summarize the structure and function of CKI,the relation between CKI and ophthalmologic tumor,cataract,keratopathy and proliferate vitreoretinopathy,etc.
