摘要
计算机技术和信息技术在公安刑侦部门的综合运用,有效地促进了公安刑侦工作的信息化和现代化建设.文章以刑侦业务信息综合管理系统的开发为基础,阐述了系统开发设计思路和关键技术运用,并结合实例模块的分析,具体阐述了程序设计与实现方法.
Computer and information technology has improved the informationizing and the modernizing effectively to the public security criminal detecting work by it's synthetic usage in police.The system design and the key technology are studied,basing on the development of the criminal detection information synthetic management system. The methods of program realizing and designing is also introduced ,combining to the analyzation of detecting work.
