中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤化疗前后细胞凋亡分析

摘要 目的 分析中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤化疗前后肿瘤细胞凋亡 ,进而推测化疗疗效。方法 以流式细胞仪检测替尼泊甙 (teniposide)化疗前后中枢神经系统多种恶性肿瘤细胞凋亡发生率。结果  30 0mg/M2 替尼泊甙化疗可显著提高中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤细胞凋亡发生率 ,从 (2 1.39± 15 .5 6 ) %提高至 (78.81± 14 .11) % (P =1.74× 10 -11) ;不影响正常脑组织细胞凋亡发生率 (P =0 .0 6 6 )。结论 替尼泊甙化疗可显著诱导中枢神经系统多种恶性肿瘤细胞凋亡 。 Objective To analyze apoptosis of malignant tumors in central nervous system (CNS) pre- and post-chemotherapy and assess the efficiency of chemotherapy.Methods Cytometry was applied to detect the ratio of apoptotic cells (RAC) in various CNS malignant tumors pre- and post-chemotherapy.Results RACs of various malignant tumor cells were obviously enhanced postchemotherapy (teniposide, 300mg/M 2), from (21.39± 15.56)% to (78.81±14.11)%( P =1.74×10 -11), but there was no influence on RAC in normal nervous tissue ( P =0.066).Conclusion The chemotherapy can induce apoptosis in various CNS malignant tumors significantly, which indicates powerful efficiency in anti-neoplasm.
