摘要
本文通过对综采工艺过程的分析,建立了采煤工艺的排队论模型,推导出各工艺环节与综采工作面有效开机率关系的计算公式,并给出了新的年推进度公式。应用这些结果可以计算出综采工作面有效开机率和有关参数,为定量分析综采工作面各工艺环节的最佳匹配关系提供了一个新方法。同时也可做为建立矿井经济数学模型的基本公式。
Based on analysis of the technological process of a fully mechanized face a mo- del of mining process is developed in the light of queuing theory.The formulas in- dicating relation between operation and availability of shearer,as well as a new formula for calculating annual face advance rate are derived in this paper.The re- sults can be applied to calculation of effective availability of shearer and relevant parameters.It provides a new method for analysing quantitatively the optimal rela- tion among all the links of production in a fully mechanized face,and it can also be used as a basic formula for establishing an economic mathematic model of the mine.
