心脏涤纶补片在结膜瓣全角膜掩盖中的应用

The use of heart Dacron graft in total corneal conjunctival flap coveration

目的 目的探讨心脏涤纶补片在中度眼球萎缩或小眼球整形结膜瓣全角膜掩盖术中的应用效果及安全性。方法 去除角膜上皮 ,将心脏涤纶补片置于眼球前面 ,在 4个象限分别固定于巩膜表面 ,上、下直肌对端缝合固定于涤纶补片中央 ,再行全结膜瓣遮盖。结果 2 6眼中 ,2 3眼结膜瓣一期愈合 ,3眼术后 3～ 4天结膜伤口裂开 ,7天降退至角膜缘。结论 心脏涤纶补片在眼球萎缩或小眼球整形中的应用效果明显 ,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the safety and effects of heart Dacron graft in the plastic surgery of moderate atrophy of eyeball or microphthalmus.Methods After removing epithelium,heart Dacron graft was covered to the anterior surface and was sutured to sclera at each quadrants,the superior and inferior recti muscle sutured to the center of Dacron. Then the Dacron was covered by conjunctiva.Results In the 26 treated eyes,the conjunctiva healed for one treatment,conjunctival dehiscence in 3 eyes.Conclusion In the plastic surgery of moderate ocular atrophy or microphthalmus,heart Dacron graft is safe and effective.
