KTP激光鼻泪管成形术治疗难治性新生儿泪囊炎

Nasolacrimal duct reconstruction for refractory congenital dacryocystitis with KTP laser

目的 探讨KTP激光鼻泪管成形术治疗难治性新生儿泪囊炎的疗效。方法 用KTP激光击通鼻泪管阻塞处 ,并于泪道内注入泰利必妥眼膏。结果 96例 ( 96眼 )经一次激光治疗后均无溢脓、溢泪症状。随访 6～ 12月 ,泪道冲洗均通畅。结论 KTP激光鼻泪管成形术是治疗难治性新生儿泪囊炎的一种有效方法。

Objective To study the effect of nasolacrimal duct reconstruction for refractory congenital dacryocystitis with KTP laser.Methods The nasolacrimal duct obstruction was opened by KTP laser and Tailibituo ocular ointment was injected to lacrimal passage.Results 96 cases (96 eyes) were cured by one time treatment and epiphora disappeared in all of them.After following up for 6-12 months,the lacrimal passages was expedite while irrigating.Conclusion Nasolacrimal duct reconstruction with KTP laser is effective for refractory congenital dacryocystitis.
