摘要
清棉成卷机智能自调匀整仪采用MCS—51单片机做主控单元,全数字集成电路设计,彻底取代了传统的由杠杆、铁炮等组成的机械匀整系统,不仅解决了纺织行业的一大难题,也填补了国内一项空白,本文重点介绍了智能自调匀整仪硬件结构,工作原理及软件设计。
The Intelligent automatic neat instrument for scutcher is designed with MCS-51-based system and digital integrated circuits. It is used instead of thoroughly the machine neat system. Not only it solves a difficulty on the textile industry but also fills a blank in domestic techniques. This paper presents the hardware structure,working principle and software of this instrument.
