Application of a Single Chip Computer in Machining Process Monitoring

加工过程的监测和控制是FMS和CIMS技术的重要组成部分。本文介绍了一种用MCS—51单片机实现的钻削过程故障监测系统,给出了系统的工作原理、硬件结构及软件设计思想。

The monitoring and controlling of machining process is an important component of FMS and CIMS technology. In this paper, a monitoring system of drilling process by using a MCS—51 single chip computer is described, and the working principle, hardware and software are given.
