摘要
采用正交试验研究了工艺参数对压铸AM50合金力学性能的影响,并分析了压铸AM50合金的组织与性能。结果表明:在严格控制镁合金冶金质量的前提下,压铸工艺参数对AM50合金力学性能影响的主次顺序为:浇注温度、压射速度、铸型温度,其中浇注温度的影响最为显著。在适宜的工艺参数下,压铸AM50合金力学性能达到σb=225~232MPa、δ5=8 0%~11 0%、HBS62~70和Ak=8~10J。在冷室压铸条件下,通过严格控制镁合金熔体质量和优化压铸工艺参数,试制出符合技术标准要求的镁合金摩托车轮毂。
The effect of die casting processing variables on mechanical properties of AM50 alloy has been studied on the basis of orthogonal experiment , microstructure and properties of die casting AM50 alloy are analyzed.The result shows the order of influential factor as: pouring temperature,injection velocity and mold temperature. The influence of pouring temperature on mechanical properties of AM50 alloy is the most remarkable. At a proper value of these factors, the mechanical properties of AM50 alloy could reach.σ_b?=225~232MPa,δ_5?=8.0%~11.0%, HBS 62~70 and A_k?=8~10J. The die casting motorbike wheel hub of magnesium alloy was produced by controlling quality of molten magnesium alloy and optimizing die casting processing parameters in cold chamber press, its quality was examinated, according with technology standard.
