摘要
文章从硬件和软件两方面详述了MCS 51单片机[1]作为温度控制系统的核心部件,采用模糊自适应整定PID控制算法构成的半导体激光器的实用恒温系统。整个系统通过自动整定PID的参数KP、KI、KD,使PID控制器能够通过改变输出的PWM脉冲来控制执行机构使系统保持预定温度。系统软件的设计采用一种新的思路:汇编语言调用C语言函数。整个系统实现简单,硬件要求不高,但控制精度高,可达±0 1℃。
The paper describes in details,in terms of both software and hardware,a constant temperature control system of semiconductor laser.The system applies MCS-51 singlechip microcomputer as its key part and adopts adaptive Fuzzy-PID self-tuning algorithm.It can keep its predetermined temperature values by automatically tuning the PID parameters K_P,K_I and K_D to enable the PID controller to control and change the PWM output pulse.The paper introduces a new approach to the system software design,namely the assembly language which calls C language subroutine.The system has the advantages of simple design,less hardwara and up to ±0.1℃ control precision.
