外置式激光跟踪测距系统球形跟踪伺服装置的误差分析

摘要 提出一种新的外置式激光跟踪测距系统。该系统根据激光跟踪测量系统的原理和动态响应要求,采用球形跟踪伺服装置的设计思想,设计了两维旋转跟踪伺服装置,并进行了误差分析研究。结果表明,该装置具有结构简单、跟踪精度高、动态性能好的特点,且具有良好的实用价值。 A new type of outside laser tracking distance measuring system is developed in this paper.Based on the principle of laser tracking measuring system and dynamic response requirement of this system,the design concept of spherical tracking servo mechanism is adopted to design the two dimension(2D) rotating tracking servo mechanism,and also,the error analysis is conducted.The results indicate that this mechanism is characterised by simple structure,high tracking accurately and better dynamic performances and better practical use values.
