摘要
论述了影响回转曲面面积图像检测系统的误差源,从照明系统、CCD摄像系统及摄像系统的标定分析了光学系统对测量误差的作用,在此基础上就光学系统硬件和图像处理算法两方面提出了改进和提高系统测量精度的措施。
The error sources analysis of digital-image-based area measurement of irregular region on curved surface are described,the effects of optical system upon measuring errors are analyzed from the specification of illumination,CCD camera and system calibrating,on the basis of which several measures are proposed to improve measurement precision in the system from the design of both optical device and image process.
