高品质N-乙基-N-(β-甲氧碳酰乙基)苯胺的制备

摘要 以醋酸为反应催化介质,加入2%对苯二酚作为阻聚剂,在98℃-102℃时回流16小时,N-乙基苯胺与丙烯酸甲酯进行加成反应,合成N-乙基-N-(β-甲氧碳酰乙基)苯胺。产品含量为95.0%,合成收率为95.1%。再用醋酐为酰化剂进行精制,精制后产品平均含量为98.5%,收率为93.8%。 N-Ethyl-N-(β-methoxycarbonylethyl)aniline was prepared by an addition reaction of N-ethyl aniline with methyl acrylate at a refluxing temperature of 98-102℃ for 16 hours in the presence of acetic acid as a catalytic medium and 2% hydroquinone as an inhibitor. The purity of the product was 95.0% and yield was 95.1%. N-Ethyl-N-( β -methoxycarbonylethyl)aniline was purified by acetic anhydride as the acylating agent, the average purity of the product was 98.5% and average yield was 93.8% after purification.
