摘要
聚酯-聚醚型多嵌段共聚物作为亲水性抗静电剂,是由对苯二甲酸酯和不同分子量的聚乙二醇在150℃-180℃进行酯交换,在250℃-280℃进行缩聚反应而制成的。加入0.03%-0.05%醋酸锌和三氧化二锑具有较好的催化效果。对于酯交换反应,温度由160℃升到180℃,反应转化率由60%上升到85%,降低反应体系的压力有利于缩聚物的生成(33437.25Pa)。最终产品中,PEG重量百分比为40%-70%,分子量为1540。应用红外光谱(IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和差示热扫描分析(DSC)对产物进行了表征。
Polyester-polyether-based poiyblock copolymer, as a useful hydrophilic antistatic agent, was prepared by ester-exchange reaction of terephthalate with polyglycol of different molecular weights at 150℃-180℃, condensation polymerisation at 250℃-280℃. 0.03-0.05% Zn (OAc)2 and Sb2O3 were the effective catalysts. When the reaction temperature raised from 160℃ to 180℃, the conversion improved from 60% to 85%. Decreasing the system pressure facilitated the formation of the polymer. The content of PEG in the product was 40-70% by weight, molecular weight was about 1540. The product was characterized by IR, GPC and DSC.
