摘要
目的 观察丹参酮ⅠA对兔耳增生性瘢痕组织的影响。方法 采用兔耳增生性瘢痕动物模型 ,2 1d时瘢痕局部注射不同浓度的丹参酮ⅠA或生理盐水 ,2 8d时观察药物对瘢痕增生指数 (Hy pertrophicIndex ,HI)的影响。 结果 瘢痕增生指数 (HI)与药物浓度呈负相关。
Objective To observe the effects of tanshinone ⅠA on hypertrophic scarc of rabbit ears. Methods To use animal models for hypertrophic scars, rabbit ears were treated with different concentrations tanshinone ⅠA or saline under scars on the 21 day, and on the 28th day hypertrophic index were observed. Results Hypertrophic index were found to be decreased in the tanshinone ⅠA treated group. Conclusions Tanshinone ⅠA could inhibit proliferation of hypertrophic scars in the rabbit ears.
