首次与反复发作精神分裂症患者对家庭环境评价的对照研究

Comparative Study of Valuations About Family Situation on First-onset and Current Schizophrenia Patients

目的 探讨精神分裂患者家庭环境变化的特点。方法 应用家庭环境量表 (FES)对 75例复发精神分裂症患者进行测评 ,并与 70例首发精神分裂症患者进行对照。结果 复发精神分裂症患者对家庭的亲密度、情感表达成功性、组织性的评分均较首发精神分裂症患者的评分低 ,而矛盾性则较高。结论 复发精神分裂症患者对家庭环境的评价较差 。

Objective To investigate the features of the changes about family situation among schizophrenic patients. Methods 75 current schizophrenia patients and 70 first-onset schizophrenia patients were assessed with family situation scale. Results Scores about cohesion, expressiveness, achievement orientation ,organization in current schizophrenia patients were lower than those in first-onset schizophrenia patients ,and scores about conflict were higher than that in first-onset schizophrenia patients. Conclusions It seems less satisfaction to the valuations about family situation in current schizophrenia patients, and which also suggests that it hinder the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients.
