摘要 目的 :探讨雄激素受体 (AR)基因CpG岛 (CCGG)胞嘧啶甲基化模式与动脉粥样硬化 (Atherosclerosis,AS)的关系 .方法 :应用甲基化敏感的限制性内切酶及聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)对 96例动脉粥样硬化患者、91例正常对照人群AR基因CpG岛甲基化模式进行比较 ,并进行分析 .结果 :男性患者AR基因CpG岛甲基化程度较男性对照组为低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;女性患者AR基因CpG岛甲基化程度较女性对照组差异无显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;男性患者与女性患者相比较 ,男性患者AR基因CpG岛甲基化程度较低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;男性对照与女性对照的甲基化模式差异无显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) .结论 AIM: To discuss the relationship between methylation of androgen receptor (AR) gene CpG island and atherosclerosis. METHODS: Hypersensitive methylation of restriction endonuclease and polymerase chain reaction were used to detect the methylation of AR gene CpG island in 96 atherosclerosis patients and ninety one control cases. RESULTS: The methylation in male patients was lower than that in male control ( P <0.05). The methylation had no obvious change between female patients and female control ( P >0.05). Male patients had lower methylation than that of female patients ( P <0.05) but there was no significant difference of methylation between male and female ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: The dismethylation of AR gene CpG island may partly induce atherosclerosis.
