循环流化床锅炉对炉墙的特别要求主要体现在:炉膛密相区是循环流化床锅炉中工作环境最恶劣的地方,在防磨销钉焊接区浇注非烧结、微收缩耐磨耐火浇注料;回料阀部位尺寸要求严格,几何形状复杂,必须一次浇注成型;分离器内筒烟气温度高、流速高,要求耐火材料耐磨强度和热震稳定性高,并必须保证砌筑质量。

Special requirements on the furnace for the CFBB are mainly the follows:In the CFBB the worst working surrounds existed on the emulsion zone of the furnace,and needing to pour on the nonclinkering and the microcontraction wear-resisting refractory pouring material. At the same time the dimension of the return valve is very strict and its geometric figure is very complex, so it must be finished pouring. And because of the high gas temperature and gas flow inside the separator, so it needs the high wear-resisting strength on the refractory and the stability on the heating shatter,and needs to guarantee the building quality.
