清梳联技术发展及对提高产品质量的影响

Development of Blowing-carding Technology and Its Influence on Improvement Products Quality

论述了清梳联的技术进步及发展过程中存在的问题 ,通过传统手工测试和Afis仪测试比较了清梳联与成卷工艺的产品质量。对目前国产清梳联和引进清梳联的生条定量控制、清梳除杂效率、结杂和短绒等问题进行了对比分析。指出 :目前国产清梳联的技术水平基本接近引进清梳联的水平 ,并且使用国产清梳联具有投资回收期短、产品质量好的优点 ,有利于改善生条、成纱质量及提升产品档次。

Discussion on existent problems in technology progressing and developing of blowing-carding units. The product quality of blowing-carding unit is compared with that of lap process by traditional manual test and Afis tester. The problems of linear weight control of card sliver, blowing-carding cleaning efficiency, impurities and short fibre contents of domestic blowing-carding unit are compared with those problems of importing blowing-carding unit. Its conclusion: this two technology is almost equal and the domestic blowing-carding unit have advantages of short payback time and good products quality. It’s also favorable to improve the quality of card sliver, yarn and products grade.
