摘要
为了使弧焊逆变电源具有单位功率因数和恒电流输出特性,在研究PWM整流、逆变技术的基础上,提出了采用DSP实现弧焊逆变电源功率因数校正控制和后级逆变桥路控制的策略。前级功率因数校正环节采用基于三相dq旋转坐标下的双闭环PI控制整流技术,后级全桥逆变器采用传统的PWM调制技术。采用Matlab软件simulink电源模块,对前后级控制电路进行校正和仿真分析,并得到仿真波形。通过对实验样机验证了方案的可行性,输入电流总谐波畸变率能控制在10%以内,功率因数接近1。
For the purpose of gaining output characteristic and unit power factor,this paper proposes a method that the controls for fore-stage power factor correction and second-stage inverter bridge of arc welding inverter are realized by digital signal processor (DSP)based on PWM-rectifier and inverter technics.First-stage adopts double closed loop PI rectifier technics,and the second stage adopts traditional PWM modulation.In this paper,simulink block in Matlab software can be used to simulate the circuit system.Simulated waves have been got.Experiment has validated the simulated results that the total harmonic distortion(THD)can be controlledwithin 10% and the power factor is approximate 1.
