摘要
分析了机器人等离子喷涂工艺特点,开发了一种基于工控组态软件的机器人等离子喷涂控制系统。该系统能满足喷涂工艺控制要求,并对电流、电压、机器人状态等信息进行实时监控,具有开发周期短、用户界面友好、易于操作和控制效果优良等特点。
In this paper,a control system for robot plasma spraying based on configuring software was developed by analyzing the processes characteristics of robot plasma spraying.The system can meet the requirement of processing control in plasma spraying,and also has real-time monitor on process parameters such as current,voltage and the state of robot.With the friendly user interface,short designing period and low cost,the system is in excellent operation.
