摘要
数字化焊接电源是焊接技术进一步发展的需要,而软开关技术具有低电磁干扰、高效率、动态响应速度快等优点,目前已经成为焊接电源领域研究的热点。主要介绍了基于80C552的数字化控制器和大功率埋弧焊软开关技术的实现方式,并将2者有机结合,研制了数字化的大功率软开关埋弧焊逆变器。
The digitalization of welding power source is a requirement for the further development of the welding technology,and the soft-switch technology is becoming the research spot of welding power source.This paper mainly describes the 80C552 core based digitalization controller,the principle and realization of high power soft-switch submerged arc welding inverter.In this paper,the digitalization controller and the soft-switch technology are seamlessly integrated into a novel digitalization soft-switch submerged arc welding inverter.
