走罐法为主治疗肩周炎临床观察

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of Shoulder Periarthritis by Movable Cupping as Main Therapy

目的 观察走罐法结合关节松动术治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法 将 80例肩周炎患者随机分为 A组、B组 ,A组采用活血通络介质走罐法结合关节松动术 ,并嘱患者进行功能锻炼 ,B组仅施以关节松动术并配合功能锻炼。结果与结论 两组患者肩关节活动范围都增大 ,A组治愈率为 6 7.5 % ,B组为 4 2 .5 % ,两组疗效经 χ2检验 ,P<0 .0 5 ,表明走罐法结合关节松动术治疗肩周炎疗效优于单纯关节松动术。

Purpose To investigate the efficacy of movable cupping in combination with joint mobilization for treatment of shoulder periarthritis.Method Eighty cases of shoulder periarthritis were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A was treated by movable cupping in combination with joint mobilization and dirigation and group B, by joint mobilization in cooperation with dirigation only.Results and Conclusion The range of shoulder activity became larger in both groups of patients. The cure rate was 67.5% in group A and 42.5% in group B. An χ2 test showed a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups (P <0.05), indicating that movable cupping in combination with joint mobilization had a better effect on shoulder periarthritis than simple joint mobilization.
