针刺对脑肿瘤术后患者血清IL-6、NSE水平的影响

The Influence of Acupuncture on Serum IL-6 and NSE Levels After Encephaloma Operation

目的 观察白介素 6 (IL- 6 )、神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)在全身麻醉 (简称全麻 )和针药复合麻醉 (简称针麻 )手术前后变化及其在两种麻醉方式下变化趋势的差异 ,比较两种不同麻醉方式对这些指标的不同影响。方法 随机收集 2 8例大脑半球肿瘤患者分到针麻组和全麻组 ,分别在针麻和全麻下施行开颅肿瘤切除术。每例患者术前 2 4 h及术后 3、2 4、4 8、72、96 h分别采取静脉血标本。以固相醇联免疫吸附法 (SPEIA)测定血清 NSE水平 ,以双抗体夹心 EL ISA法测定血清 IL- 6水平。结果 针麻组患者血清 IL- 6、NSE水平在术后各时点均升高 ,不同时点之间均值存在差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;术后 4 8h和 72 h,针麻组血清 IL- 6值低于全麻组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,术后 3h和术后 72 h,针麻组血清 NSE值低于全麻组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 针刺能抑制脑肿瘤术后血清 NSE和 IL- 6的水平。

Purpose To investigate the differences in interleukin 6 (IL-6) and neuron specific enolase (NSE) between before and after systemic anesthesia (SA) operation and combined acupuncture and drug anesthesia (AA) operation and the difference in the changing tendency between the two anesthesia modes and to compare the different influences of the two different anesthesia modes on those indices.Method Twenty-eight patients with cerebral hemisphere tumor were randomly divided into AA and SA groups and underwent tumor resection by craniotomy under AA and SA, respectively. Venous blood specimens were separately taken in each patient 24 hours before and 3,24,48,72 and 96 hours after the operation. Serum NSE was measured by solid phase ethanol immunoadsorption and serum IL-6, by double antibody ELISA.Results Serum IL-6 and NSE levels rose in the AA group of patients at each time point after the operation and there was a significant difference in the average value between different time points (P <0.05); serum IL-6 value was lower 48 and 72 hours after the operation in the AA group than in the SA group (P <0.05) and serum NSE value was lower 3 and 72 hours after the operation in the AA group than in the SA group (P <0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can lower serum IL-6 and NSE levels after encephaloma operation.
