Nursing Care of One Case of Aplastic Anemia Subject to Nonmyeloablative Stem Cell Transplantation
摘要
选择非清髓性预处理方案为 1例再生障碍性贫血伴慢性活动性乙型肝炎病人做亲缘外周血造血干细胞移植 ,在非清髓性预处理阶段密切观察药物不良反应 ,干细胞移植前后做好心理护理 ,观察溶血反应 ,预防出血和感染 ,结果移植后造血功能成功恢复 ,肝功能正常 。
