Study on Application of the High Performance Liquid Chromatography in Wool Anti-felting Finishing

介绍羊毛细胞间填充物结合领域的划分状况及其功能、高压液相色谱用于氨基酸含量分析的条件及羊毛细胞间填充物的提取方法。试验结果表明 :经聚氨酯整理剂整理后的羊毛 ,其提取物蛋白质成分含量较少 。

Introduce the wool intercellular cement combined with its division and performance,the conditions to analyze the content of amino acid with high performance liquid chromatography and the extracting method for wool intercellular cement. The result shows no more protein content are in its extraction, as the wool were treated with polyurethane finishing agent. It effects as a protector of the wool intercellular cement.
