超细纤维用分散染料染色性能研究

Study on Dyeing Properties of Disperse Dyes for Micro Fiber

采用新研制的由黄到黑 5只分散染料 ,对 2种不同纤度的超细纤维染色 ,分析了染料粒度、升温速度、色度对染料染色性能的影响 。

Five disperse dyes was designed and synthesized for improving dyeing properties and two different fineness of micro-fibers was dyed. The influence of depth of dyeing, size of dyes particle and speed of temperature increase on dyeing were investigated. The dyeing fastness of synthesized dyes on micro fiber was as same as the conventional polyester.
