针对连铸机上结晶器铜管外表面加工技术难题 ,介绍了一种利用尼龙刷辊进行抛磨加工的工艺方法 ,以及铜管抛磨专用机床的设计。

According to the technical problem in machining the outer surface of the crystallizer copper tube,this paper introduces a technical method using nylon brush roller for polish-grinding,as well as the design of the special-purpose machine tool.
