摘要
文章提出了基于网络、模块化、分布式结构的虚拟车削加工平台。运用虚拟现实建模语言 (VRML)和Java语言建立了一个基于网络的虚拟数控车削系统 ,并描述了其系统体系结构框架和主要功能的实现。使用者可以很容易地在本地网络或异地网络建立其加工环境和系统参数 ,通过InternetExplorer(IE)浏览器界面进行对虚拟数控车床操作访问 ,并可以通过网络资源来评价和优化加工工艺。
This paper addresses the importance of integrating a virtual manufacturing system with the Internet and proposes a web-based,module and distributed architecture for developing a platform-independent virtual NC turning system. An Internet-based virtual turning system has been developed using Virtual Reality Modelling Language and Java,and the structure of this system and the realization of its main functions are described. The user can easily setup machining conditions,operates the virtual turning machine in a web browser,as well as evaluates and optimizes the machining process on the Internet.
