脑欣方有效部位对冷水负重游泳模型小鼠脑保护作用的实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on the Brain-Protective Effect of the Effective Fraction of Naoxin Formula in the Mouse Model of with Load-Bearing Swimming in Cold Water

摘要 目的 探讨脑欣方有效部位 (NXFEC)对脑的保护作用。方法 ①小鼠 8℃冷水负重游泳 5min ,测定小鼠断头张口呼吸时间。②小鼠 8℃冷水负重游泳 5min ,测定脑组织生化代谢的改变。结果 ①与模型组比较 ,NXFEC 0 1、0 2、0 4g kg 3个剂量组均能不同程度地延长模型小鼠的断头张口呼吸时间 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。②与正常对照组相比 ,模型小鼠脑组织乳酸 (LA)含量增加 ,Na+ K+ ATP酶和Ca2 + Mg2 + ATP酶活力降低 ,NXFEC可以明显逆转模型小鼠脑组织上述生化指标的异常改变 (P <0 0 1)。结论 NXFEC可延长冷水负重游泳模型动物的断头张口呼吸时间 ,改善脑组织生化代谢 ,具有对脑的显著保护作用。 Objective To investigate the brain-protective effect of the effective fraction of Naoxin Formula (EFNF). Methods (1) The time of gasping of the cut-off head was measured in the mice made to swim with a load in the water with a temperature of 8 C 0 for 5 minutes. (2) The changes in the cerebral biochemical metabolism were detected in the mice made to swim with a load in the water with a temperature of 8 C 0 for 5 minutes.Results (1) As compared with that in the model group,the time of gasping of the cut-off head was prolonged in different degrees by all the three doses of EFNF at 0.1 g/kg,0.2 g/kg and 0.4 g/kg,respectively ( P <0.05,P <0.01). (2) As compared with those in normal control group,the level of cerebral LA was increased,and the activities of cerebral Na +-K +-ATPase and Ca 2+ -Mg 2+ -ATPase were decreased in the model group;EFNF could markedly reverse the above-mentioned abnormal biochemical changes in the mouse brain ( P <0.01). Conclusion EFNF can prolong the time of gasping of the cut-off head in the mice made to swim with a load in cold water and improve cerebral biochemical metabolism,showing obvious cerebral protective effect.
