篦冷机低温段篦板钢磨损性能的研究

摘要 本文是与HH和3Cr_(24)Ni_7NRe对比,研究了低温段篦板钢的常温和400℃高温磨料磨损性能。研究结果表明:作者研制的低温段篦板钢的常温和400℃耐磨损性均显著高于HH和3Cr_(24)Ni_7NRe钢,经850时效后其耐磨损性提高更大,但时效处理对400℃高温耐磨性改善不大。 In this paper the abrasive wear resistance of Steel for grates in low tem- perature zone of cement Kiln cooler is investigated in comparison with HH and 3Cr_(24)Ni_7NRe.The results are as follows: 1.The abrasive wear resistance in room temperature and elevated tem- perature 400℃ of steel for grates developed by the authors in low temperature zone of cement Kiln cooler is higher than that of steels HH and 3Cr_(24)Ni_7- NRe. 2.The ageing treatment of this steel at 850℃ can improve the abrasive wear resistance in room temperature,but does not improve it at 400℃ ob- viously.
