摘要
目的 :配对调查母婴血细胞B19病毒感染情况。方法 :用套式PCR分别检测孕妇外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)和新生儿脐血有核细胞 (CBNC)B19病毒DNA。结果 :孕妇PBMCB19病毒DNA阳性率 3.0 6 % (3/ 98) ,新生儿脐血CBNCB19病毒DNA阳性率 1.12 % (1/ 89)。结论 :孕妇PBMC和新生儿CBNC存在B19病毒感染 。
Objective:To investigate the infection of Human Parvovirus B19 in blood cells in pregnant women and newborns. Methods: Human Parvovirus B19 DNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in 98 pregnant women and in cord blood nucleated cells (CBNC) in 89 newborns was tested by nested-polymerase chain reaction. Results: The positive rate of Parvovirus B19 DNA in PBMC of pregnant women was 3.06% (3/98), and 1.12%(1/89) in CBNC of newborns. Conclusions: There exist infection with Human Parvovirus B19 in PBMC of pregnant women and in CBNC of newborns, however, the risk of vertical transmission of Human Parvovirus B19 from pregnant women to newborns is low.
