原发性痛经患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的研究

Study on T Lymphocyte Subsets in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的 :探讨原发性痛经患者月经周期中外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化 ,分析原发性痛经患者的免疫状况。方法 :原发性痛经患者及正常对照组各 10例 ,分别于月经期、卵泡期、排卵期、黄体期取静脉血 ,应用流式细胞仪测定血浆CD4 + 、CD8+ 百分比值。结果 :原发性痛经患者月经期、卵泡期CD4 + 百分比值及CD4 /CD8的比值显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,原发性痛经患者整个月经周期CD8+ 百分值均明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论

Objective:The purpose of this study is to measure the change of the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in the menstrual cycle with primary dysmenorrhea and to analyze immune condition in primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:The proportion of CD4 +?CD8 + was determined with Flow cytometry technique in menstrual phase?follicular phase?ovulatory phase and luteal phase of women with primary dysmenorrhea and normal women of reproductive age.Results:The proportion of CD4 +?CD4 +/CD8 + ratio in menstrual phase and follicular phase of women wiht primary dysmenorrhea was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).CD8 + T cell number in primary dysmenorrhea was significantly increased in whole menstrual cycle (P<0.05).Conclusions:The immunity is suppressed in the patients with primary dysmenorrhea.
