摘要
本文对柯木、椿木、杏木3种木尘进行了体外巨噬细胞毒性和溶血作用的研究。结果表明:3种木尘溶血作用不明显,细胞存活率及培养液中乳酸脱氢酶含量均与盐水对照组相似(P>0.05)故认为3种木尘均为低细胞毒物质。
Macrophage cytotoxicity and hemolytic activities in vtro on Cola ccuminota, Chinese toon and Apricot dusts were investigated.The results showed that the hemolytic adtvities of these three kinds of wood dusts were not remakable , there existed no significant difference in viable cell rates and the content of LHD in culture medium as compared with those of the saline control (P>0.05) .So it was thought that the cytotoxicity of these_three kinds of wood dusts were rather mild
