摘要 目的 :在 10 KHz~ 10 0 MHz范围内 ,测量人红细胞的介电谱 ,确立人红细胞对交流电场的介电响应的数据特征。方法 :利用频域阻抗技术测量正常人红细胞的交流阻抗 ,绘制细胞的介电常数和电导率与电场频率的关系曲线。结果 :建立了人红细胞的介电谱和 Cole- Cole图 ,明确了人红细胞的介电频响的数据特征。结论 :在射频电场中 ,人红细胞的介电常数和电导率具有频率依赖性 ,表现为具有两个特征频率的介电弛豫 :第一介电弛豫发生在 f C1 =36 1k Hz,第二介电弛豫产生在 f C2 =2 MHz。 Objective: The dielectric spectrum of human erythrocytes was measured within the frequency range of 10kHz-100MHz, and the dielectric numerical characteristic were established in response to AC electric field . Methods: we measured the AC impedance of normal human erythrocytes by the impedance technique in the frequency domain, then a relationship curve of the experimental data was drawn between the frequency of electric field and permittivity or conductivity. Results: The dielectric spectrum and the Cole-Cole plots of human erythrocytes were established,and the characteristics of dielectric response of human erythrocytes were recognized. Conclusion: The permittivity and the conductivity of human erythrocytes show a dependence of frequency, and dielectric dispersion of human erythrocytes have two characteristic frequencies: the first characteristic frequency f C1 =361kHz,and the second f C2 =2MHz.
