摘要
目的 :探讨川芎嗪对培养的类风湿性关节炎 (RA)活动期、静止期外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)产生免疫球蛋白 (Ig)的影响。方法 :应用细胞培养技术 ,采用 EL ISA检测方法 ,检测细胞培养上清液 Ig G、Ig M的含量。结果 :川芎嗪明显抑制类风湿性关节炎活动期及静止期 Ig G、Ig M的合成。结论 :川芎嗪可以抑制 RA患者中 Ig G、Ig M的合成 ,可减轻 RA的发展。
Objective: Regulatory effects of Ligustrazin on the synthesis of immunoglobulins in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) cultured in the active and static stages of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: The levels of IgG and IgM in the cultured cell were assayed by ELISIA . Results: Ligustrazin obviously restrained the synthesis of IgG and IgM in the active and static stages of RA. Conclusion: Ligustrazin can restrain the synthesis of IgG and IgM of RA patients, which contribute to the improvement of the condition of RA patients.
