摘要
目的 :探讨全凭静脉麻醉用于颅脑损伤手术的效果。方法 :使用多功能监护仪监测潮气量、呼吸频率、每分通气量及血压的变化。结果 :自主呼吸恢复后潮气量、呼吸频率、每分通气量均略低于诱导前水平 ,但经统计学处理无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。血压在诱导前及自主呼吸恢复后有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :全凭静脉麻醉可明显降低脑血流、增高脑代谢、降低颅内压 ,有利于颅脑损伤手术患者的麻醉。
Objective: To investigate the effects of total intravenous anesthesia used for the craniocerebral trauma operations. Methods: Multifunctional monitoring equipment was used to monitor the changes of tide volume, respiratory rhythem, ventilationmin and blood pressure. Results: After the auto respiratory recovery, the level of the tide volume, respiratory rhythem and ventilationmin were all slightly lower than those before anesthesia (P>0.05). The blood pressure was changed obviously (P<0.01). Conclusion: Total intravenous anesthesia can decrease the blood and pressure of the brain,and increase the metabolism of the brain. This method is of benefit to the craniocerebral trauma patients.
