摘要
应用实验手段研究了经过深冷处理的双金属带锯条在切削正火态 34Mn2V合金结构钢时的切削性能 ,并求出了切削 34Mn2V合金结构的刀具耐用度公式 .结果表明 :经过深冷处理的双金属带锯条具有良好的切削性能 。
In this paper, the cutting performance of cryogenic treatment of the bimetal hacksaw blades for cutting the 34Mn 2V structural steel is discussed, and the formula of the serviceability of the cutting tools is given.The result shows that: after cryogenic treating, the 34Mn2V steel has good performance of cutting. This performance is caused by cryogenic treatment of this steel which makes the microstructure of 34Mn2V steel being changed.
