高分子量无灰分散剂工业试生产

摘要 用中国石油锦州石化分公司生产的分子量为1600~2000的聚异丁烯为原料,以中国石化石油化工科学研究院研制和开发的高分子无灰分散剂小试和中试制备技术为基础,1996年在锦州石化分公司新建千吨高分子无灰分散剂装置上进行了工业试生产,成功地生产出高分子无灰分散剂新产品。试生产结果表明:高分子量无灰分散剂技术路线可行,在千吨工业装置上生产的高分子量无灰分散剂产品完全满足国内高档润滑油添加剂的需求,为在锦州石化分公司现有无灰分散剂装置上生产高分子无灰分散剂奠定了基础。 Based on the preparation techniques of high molecular weight (HMW) ashless dispersant in small and medium scale tests developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, the industrial trial on a newly established HMW ashless dispersant unit was performed in PetroChina Jinzhou Petrochemical Company in 1996 by taking the polyisobutylene with the molecular weight of 1600~2000 produced by PetroChina Jinzhou Petrochemical Company as the feedstock.The results showed that the production technology of HMW ashless dispersant is feasible and the products could completely meet the demands of domestic premium lubricants.It established a foundation for the production of HMW ashless dispersant on the existing unit of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company.
