摘要
为评价铅接触对雄性激素的影响,选取不同铅浓度作业岗位男工54名,以放射免疫法测定其尿睾丸酮。结果表明,高铅浓度作业岗位,高血锌卟啉组工人尿睾丸酮含量为0.38±0.15、0.31±0.10nmol/μg肌酐,明显低于低铅浓度,低锌卟啉组工人的0.54±0.25nmol/μg肌酐(P<0.05),尿睾丸酮含量与作业工种有一定相关倾向(P<0.05)。提示:男工接触铅后可影响睾丸酮的代谢。
To evaluate the effects of lead exposure on testosterone (T),urine samples were collected from 54 male workers exposed to lead occupationally in three different workplaces.Urine T was determined by radioimmunoassay.The results showed that the average levels in workers exposed to high concentration lead were 0.38±0.15 and 0.31±0.10nmol/μg creatinine which were lower than 0.54 ± 0.25nmol/μg creatinine of the workers exposed to low concentration lead (P< 0.05).In addition .correlation analyses indicated that there existed some correlation between urine T and type of work in production(R = 0.2279 ,P<0.05).These results suggested that lead exposure might affect the metabolism of T.
