摘要
南水北调西线工程地处青藏高原东南部,规划从长江上游调水170亿m3,经输水隧洞穿越分水岭巴颜喀拉山入黄河上游。由于工程区寒冷缺氧、地质条件复杂,西线工程涉及一些世界前列的关键技术。因此,抓住这些关键问题,全面安排,突出重点,以做好南水北调西线规划。
Located in the southeast of Qingzang Plateau. The project of water diversion western route from the South to the North is planned to divert 17 billions m3 of water from the Upper Yangtze River, and deliver the water via the tunnels across the watershed ridge of Bayankala Moun-tain to the Upper Yellow River. As the project is located in the cold climate and oxygen shortage and complicated geological conditions area, the project deals with some key technologies of leading in world. Gripping the key problems, we apply the method of comprehensive arrangement and emphatie importance in order to make the planning of water diversion western route from South to North.
