摘要 用DEPT、GCOSY、C -HCOSY、GHMQC、GHMBC、特别是TOCSY 1D等NMR技术 ,对从三七中提取的人参皂甙 -Rd的1H、13CNMR谱的化学位移进行全归属。TOC SY1D技术对糖环质子峰归属有效、简单、快速、准确。 The ginsenoside-Rd was separated from the roots of Panax notoginseng. The complete assignments of 1H and 13 C NMR chemical shifts of the ginsenoside-Rd were obtained by means of DEPT, 2D NMR techniques such as GCOSY, C-H COSY, GHNQC, GHMBC, and TOCSY1D technique especially. It is effective, fast, simple and accurance for the assignments of the proton signals of the sugar moieties by TOCSY1D.
