摘要 本文分析了光在手掌组织中的传播特性 ,以及经皮近红外无创血糖浓度测量原理。基于AOTF (声光可调谐滤波器 )分光系统 ,构建了近红外经皮无创血糖检测系统 ,并利用该系统对 3名健康青年志愿者进行OGTT (口服葡萄糖耐量试验 )实验 ,得到较好的测量结果。三次实验中PLS (偏最小二乘 )校正集模型的RMSEP (预测均方根误差 )分别为 0 6 9mmol/L、 0 4 9mmol. /L、 0 5 4mmol/L。 The character of light propagation in palm tissue is explained,and the principle of non-invasive blood glucose detection through transcutaneous near-infrared spectroscopy is present.Based on AOTF(Acousto-Optic Tunable Filter)spectroscopic system,measurement system for transcutaneous near-infrared(NIR)spectroscopy is established.Using our proposed NIR measurement system,OGTT(Oral Glucose Tolerance Test)experiments were performed to 3 young healthy volunteers,and the RMSEPs(Root Mean Square Error of Prediction)of PLS(Partial Least Square)calibration models were 0.69mmol/L,0.49mmol/L and 0.54mmol/L.
