适用于ppt级元素分析的实验室用超纯水
摘要
本文集中讨论高敏感性、多元素分析仪器电感耦合等离子体 质谱 (ICP MS) ,仔细选择纯水系统的所有部件 ,且其结构是为超微量分析的目的而特别制造的 ,在定量分析中使用这样的水制备系统产生的超纯水 ,能分析低于ppt级的浓度。
