缺氧缺血性脑病患儿其血浆和脑脊液中NO及SOD的含量及意义 被引量:1

Content and Significance of NO and SOD in Plasma and Cerebrospinal Fluid of Neonatal with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopath

摘要 目的 探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)血浆和脑脊液 (CSF)中的一氧化氮 (NO )和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)含量变化及其HIE不同时期和不同程度间的相关关系。方法 对HIE患儿第 3天的CSF和初入院 (HIE 2h内 )、第 1天、第 3天、恢复期的血浆中NO、SOD进行检测 ,并与正常对照组比较 ;分析NO和SOD的变化原因和意义。结果 HIE患儿血浆中第 1天的NO含量最高 ,而SOD相反 ;初入院、第 1天、第 3天的血浆中NO和SOD含量与正常对照组对比均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,而恢复期中NO和SOD含量与正常对照组对比无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,血浆和HIE第3天的CSF中NO和SOD水平均呈负相关 ;病情越重NO浓度越高 ,SOD越低。结论 NO ,SOD参与HIE的发病过程 ,在HIE的发病过程中起着重要作用。 Objective To study the expression of the nitric oxide(NO) and Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of neonate hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) and the relations among their expressions in different periods and degrees of HIE.Methods To test the concentrations of NO and SOD in CSF of newborn infants suffered HIE 3 days and in plasma of newborn infants suffered HIE just attacked instant(HIE within 2 hours),1 day,3 days and restoring stage and compare them with normal contrast term. To analyse the reasons and significance of NO and SOD changes.Results The NO concentration is the highest in plasma of newborn infants suffered HIE 1 day,however the SOD concentration is opposite. There are significant differences(P<0.01) after comparing the NO concentrations and the SOD concentrations in plasmas of newborn infants suffered HIE just attacked instant, 1 day, 3 days with normal contrast team respectively. But there isn't significant difference (P>0.05) between them in plasmas of HIE on restoring stage and normal contrast team. It is negative correlation whatever between the NO concentration and the SOD concentration in plasma or in CSF of newborn infants suffered HIE 3 days. The more serious the disease is, the higher the NO concentration is, the lower the SOD concentration is.Conclusion NO and SOD play have concern with the course of HIE and play a important role in neonate HIE.
