生脉四物汤对肥厚型心肌病IGF-1的影响

Effects of Shengmai-Siwu Decoction on Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 in the Patients with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

目的 观察生脉四物汤对肥厚型心肌病 (HCM )病人胰岛素样生长因子 -1(IGF -1)的影响。方法 正常对照组2 0例 ,中药治疗组 2 0例。治疗组口服生脉四物汤 ,每日 1剂 ,连续服 2 0d。用放射免疫法测定血清IGF -1水平 ,观察用药前对照组与治疗组血清IGF -1水平 ,比较治疗组用药10d、2 0d后与用药前血清IGF -1水平的变化。结果 用药前治疗组血清IGF -1水平显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;治疗组用药 10d后血清IGF -1水平有下降趋势(P <0 .0 5 ) ,用药 2 0d后血清IGF -1水平明显低于用药前(P <0 .0 1)。结论 生脉四物汤能明显降低HCM病人血清IGF -1水平 ,提示生脉四物汤对HCM有较好的治疗作用。

Objective To observe the effects of Shengmai-Siwu Decoction on insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in the patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM).Methods Persons in study were divided into 2 groups: 20 cases as control, 20 cases with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (treatment group). Treatment group took Shengmai-Siwu Decoction orally 1 dose per day for 20 days. The levels of circulating IGF-1 were determined by radio-immunoassay. We compared the levels of circulating IGF-1 between control and treatment group before treatment. We observed the changes of IGF-1 level after 10 d, 20 d of treatment compared to pretreatment in treatment group. Results The level of circulating IGF-1 was significantly higher in treatment group before therapy than that of the control group (P<0.001). There was a decreasing tendency of circulating IGF-1 in treatment group after 10 days of therapy(P<0.05). Compared with before therapy, circulating IGF-1 decreased significantly after 20 days of therapy (P<0.01). Conclusion Shengmai Siwu Decoction could decrease the level of circulating IGF-1 in the patients with HCM , which indicated Shengmai Siwu Decoction was effective to HCM.
