摘要
根据工业工程专业的培养目标和生产计划与控制课程的特点,总结分析了在教学过程中存在的问题和不足,主张在教学中应处理好宏观与微观、理论与实践、制造与服务、传统生产与现代生产的几个关系,以预测、计划和控制为主线,对课程内容进行精选;课堂教学采用启发式、案例式、CAI课件和现场教学等方法和手段;重视实验操作和课程设计等实践环节,以集成化方式培养学生学习知识和应用知识的能力。
From the educational target for industrial engineering and the characteristics of the course of Production Plan and Control,the paper summarizes and analyzes the problem and inadequacy existing in the teaching process.It claims that such relationships between a macro view and a micro view; theories and practice; manufacturing and service; traditional and modern production methods should be properly handled.The course content should be carefully selected in light of good estimation,plan and control.The classroom teaching adopts heuristic teaching,case study,CAI and spot teaching methods.The experimental operation ability and course designing ability should be emphasized to help the students to integrate theoretical knowledge into practical ability.
