摘要
通过对17CrNiMo6H齿轮钢的材料特性和生产应用研究,指出17CrNiMo6H具有较好的渗层韧性、较低的缺口敏感性和较高的回火稳定性,齿坯的切削加工和渗碳热处理工艺性优越,可用于重型、大吨位驱动桥齿轮的生产。齿轮台架试验表明,以17CrNiMo6H试制的齿轮有较高的疲劳寿命,疲劳性能优于20CrNi2MoH钢。
Through application researches of characteristic and production of 17CrNiMo6H gear steel this paper points out that 17CrNiMo6H has the advantages of better carbonization layer toughness,lower notch sensitivity and high temper stability,good cutting and carbonizing heat treatment ability of gear blanks,17CrNiMo6H can be used in producing heavy-duty drive-axle gears.The gear test results have shown that the service life of 17CrNiMo6H gears is high and fatigue performance is superior to 20CrNi2MoH steel.
