12kW ZVZCS整流模块的小信号建模与分析

摘要 在实验研制一种采用移相全桥零电压零电流开关(FB鄄ZVZCS)技术的240V/50A、开关频率70kHz电力整流模块的基础上,推导出ZVZCS条件下模块的小信号平均模型和控制环路的传递函数,分析了输出电解电容等效串联电阻(ESR)的温度特性对环路稳定性的影响,以及电流斜坡补偿对电路频域特性的影响。此外,给出了模块初级电流及ZCS波形。 Based on a 240 V/50 A, 70 kHz rectifier consisted of two 240 V/25 A modules using full bridge shift phase zero-voltage zero-current switched(FB-ZVZCS) technique,the small signal model and transfer functions of con-trol loop under soft-switched condition are derived.The influence on the characteristic of frequency domain caused by duty ratio loss and ramp compensation is analyzed.The influence on the loop stability resulted from equivalent series resistance (ESR) of the output electrolytic capacitance is analyzed.The experimental waveforms of primary current and ZCS waveforms of paralleled 240 V/25 A modules are given.
