摘要
目的 :了解巴豆油抗菌谱。方法 :采用琼脂挖沟法与琼脂绝对浓度法[3,6] ,对 2 0种临床常见的病原菌和条件致病菌进行了实验室条件下 ,巴豆油抗菌活性研究。结果 :琼脂绝对浓度法 ,巴豆油在 1∶1 0~ 1∶40的浓度时 ,对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制生长的作用 ,对其余 1 9种细菌均无作用 ;琼脂挖沟扩散法 ,巴豆油对所有 2 0种实验菌均无抑制生长作用。结论 :琼脂挖沟扩散法实验中 ,巴豆油对所有实验菌均无抗菌活性 ,而在琼脂绝对浓度法的实验中 1∶40稀释的浓度对金黄色葡萄球菌仍有抗菌活性 。
Destination: to understand antibacterial effect and antibacterial spectrum of croton oil.Methods: the experiment is designed to explore the antibacterial activities of croton oil on 20 clinical common pathgenic bacterium and opportunistic pathogen by agar slab ditch method and agar absolute content measurement. Results: by agar absolute content measurement, croton oil at content of 1∶10-1∶40 has inhibitory effect on staphylococcus aureus, but little effect on other bacterium, while agar slab ditch method doesn't record any obvious change on all the observed pathogen.Conclusion: croton oil has some antibacterial effect on part of pathogenic bacterium, but different experimental methods can influence the final results
